Announcing Request For Proposals (2026): Help Shape the Future of the Finger Lakes PRISM
The Finger Lakes PRISM is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to facilitate the development of our next five-year Strategic Plan.
As we enter a new contract cycle with the NYSDEC, we are expanding our focus on terrestrial invasive species, reframed outreach, and ecological restoration across our 17-county region. We are looking for a partner to lead this strategic evolution and (optionally) provide early implementation support.
Project Highlights:

Deliverable 1: Development of a comprehensive 5-year Strategic Plan.
